El Hadji Bara affectionately called , is the namesake of Serigne Lamine Bara Mouhamadou MBACKE son of Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba as he came into the world while the latter was visiting Muhammadu Fadilou Mbacke . His father entrusted him early in his namesake who instilled in him an excellent education. It is also under his rule that he memorized the Koran which he learned at the same time to calligraphy .

At the same source he has tapped plenty of solid knowledge in religious sciences. After years spent alongside him, he returned to his father to continue his spiritual formation. Aged 82 years Serigne Lamine Bara Muhammadu khalif was the sixth overall since the disappearance of  Serigne Saliou Mbacke December 28, 2007 .

Following the example of his father in respect of Serigne Touba , he had exchanged with Serigne Fallou the blood tie which united them against the status talib approved . It is also his confident . It is also known for his love and devotion for his father and indescribable spiritual master .

Very early officer in the service of his father he had to play different roles as Head of Mission or prisoners in many tasks that require self-sacrifice , commitment and courage. He had to make repeated visits to Mecca, in small pilgrimage . Wielding Arabic fluently as French , Serigne Bara is also known for his insight and openness.

He has a remarkable sense of organization , repeatedly experienced in the work he had to lead at the head of the family of Serigne Fallou . Very enterprising he was also very close to Serigne Saliou Mbacke was even and his driver for 7 years. Similarly it was very close to Serigne Abdou Mbacke Khadre and accompanied whenever lead Friday prayers at the Grand Mosque of Touba.

Serigne Muhammadu Lamine Bara Mbacke was also illustrated by his remarkable speeches to work in the Khelcom fields of Serigne Saliou Mbacke  to his disciples and the entire family of Serigne Fallou Mbacke ( clearing work , maintenance or harvesting ) . The man, who knew him , was famous for his attendance at Friday prayers since the inauguration of the Great Mosque on Friday June 7, 1963 . His goodness of heart , his generosity and openness are well documented by all.

Serigne Bara Mbacke is very attached to the family of Khadimou Rasul and devotes a great respect , gratitude and exemplary devotion to its predecessors and is the worthy successor message . Great worker and leader, Serigne Bara has always tackled the implementation of the legacy of Sheikh Ahmadou Bamba . Since his accession to the Caliphate of Serigne Fallou, he raised the one-dimensional Kazu Rajab more resplendent , with the help of his brothers , the whole family and followers .

He was recalled to God on Wednesday June 30, 2010 in Touba at the age of 84 years. May God , by the grace of the Prophet ( P.S.L. )
